In this course students will investigate how information management tools can be used in a meaningful and practical way to support health care decision-making. Topics covered will include Management Information Systems, case mix data, clinical decision-making, and decision support systems for health care professionals, dissemination and use of health evidence, and clinical pathway design, application and monitoring.
